Join our client's prestigious automotive brand as a Front of House Host, where you'll be at the forefront of creating an exceptional first impression for all Park Lane and Park Royal customers. This is a pivotal role providing outstanding service across both the sales and after-sales departments.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role within luxury corporate hospitality and events.
This full-time role offers a 40-hour working week, Monday to Saturday, on a rota basis across Park Lane and Park Royal sites. Flexibility is key to ensuring full coverage during opening hours, including bank holidays.
Hours of work are between 7:30am - 20:00pm depending on the day and shift.
Your Time at Work
You will be the face of the brand, delivering a seamless, elevated experience from arrival through to departure.
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to every guest - Maintain immaculate showroom and reception standards - Offer refreshments and attentive, personalised hospitality - Confidently present vehicle features and brand benefits - Coordinate closely with Sales and Aftersales to ensure a smooth customer journey - Manage calls, emails, and appointments with polished professionalism - Oversee customer flow within the showroom environment - Deliver a discreet, tailored experience for VIP clients - Support meetings and events, ensuring all details are flawlessly prepared - Escalate issues promptly and support day-to-day operations as required - Uphold brand standards, presentation, and attention to detail at all times
