Guest Relations Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for a Guest Relations Team Leader to join our dynamic dealership in Stockport. As a Front of House Team Supervisor, you will be essential in creating an exceptional first impression and ensuring a seamless experience for all our guests.

In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage a team of Hosts, overseeing their performance and providing ongoing training to maintain high standards of customer service. You will engage directly with customers, addressing their needs and queries, and ensuring that our dealership operates smoothly.

Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment that represents our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Hours - 40

Salary - £27,040

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage the Guest Relations Team Leader to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and efficient service.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to promote professional development.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to optimize operational processes.
• Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area for a pleasant atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, including experience as a supervisor or team leader.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
• A passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
