Job Description - Guest Services Executive

Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor is looking for a Guest Services Executive who is the primary point of contact for VIP and returning guests. Your role is to ensure they receive personalised attention and a seamless journey from arrival to departure. You will also handle guest inquiries and complaints both in person and via email, working closely with all departments to uphold high service standards.

  • Role: Guest Services Executive
  • Hours of work: 30 hrs weekly

Key Responsibilities

    • Warmly greet guests by name to create a positive first impression and make them feel welcome
    • Be familiar with the daily VIP list and associated amenities, ensuring all SOPs are followed
    • Create personalised plans and experiences upon guest request
    • Communicate and coordinate special service requests for VIP guests pre-, during, and post-stay
    • Identify and propose service improvements to Senior Management for approval
    • Complete detailed handovers to ensure consistent communication across shifts
    • Clearly communicate VIP guest preferences and plans to all relevant departments
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions
