Gymnastics Coach

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join a BG affiliated gymnastics club that due to expansion is opening a new unit in Leigh on Sea after 10+years of success!

Pay - Above min wage - DOE and qualifications.
(negotiable)

Contract Type - PERMANENT.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating young athletes in the art of gymnastics. This role involves training gymnasts of various skill levels, fostering their physical abilities, and promoting a positive and encouraging environment. Relevant Level 2 WAG Coaching certification or above only.

Requirements
• Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in gymnastics or related disciplines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate young athletes.
• A deep understanding of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols.
• To be able to work unsociable hours including evenings and weekends.
• A positive attitude with a passion for working with children and young adults.
