You don't necessarily need to have worked as a Lecturer previously. If you have strong industry experience, relevant qualifications and the ability to support and inspire learners, we'd love to hear from you.
đź’‡ The Role
Working within a Hair & Beauty department, you could:
* Deliver engaging theory and practical Hair & Beauty sessions * Demonstrate professional techniques and industry standards * Support learners working towards vocational qualifications * Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback * Help learners develop their technical skills and confidence * Prepare learners for employment, apprenticeships or further study * Support learners with SEN/ALN or additional learning needs * Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement
âś… What We're Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Hair, Beauty or a relevant discipline * Strong industry experience within Hair & Beauty * Up-to-date knowledge of professional techniques and industry standards * Ability to demonstrate practical skills and engage learners * Experience supporting learners, apprentices or trainees is desirable * Strong communication and organisational skills * A teaching or training qualification is desirable but not essential * Experience working with learners with SEN/ALN is beneficial
