We are now looking for a Senior Hairdressing Manager to lead our dynamic team and take our salon to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to unleash your creativity, inspire others, and play a key role in the success of our salon.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented stylists, fostering a positive and creative work environment


• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience


• Build and expand the salon's client base while ensuring strong client loyalty


• Recommend expert colour services and promote product sales through extensive product knowledge


• Serve as a role model in the salon, upholding the TONI&GUY brand and standards


• Ensure the smooth operation of the salon, overseeing front-of-house activities and staff coordination


• Work alongside the General Manager to support salon growth and meet financial targets

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in a salon environment, with a passion for hairdressing and leadership


• Strong expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles


• A results-driven leader who can uplift and motivate a team


• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff


• Organisational flair to manage day-to-day operations efficiently


• Ability to problem-solve and drive innovation in the salon
