Handyman

Catch 22 are currently recruiting for a Handyperson based in Manchester, M3.

Salary: £30,500

Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, 40 hours per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Handyperson to join a professional facilities team at a prestigious corporate office in Manchester. The role involves maintaining the site to a high standard by carrying out basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and carrying out first-fix maintenance
• General building repairs and minor plumbing (e.g. toilet blockages)
• Maintenance and repair of fixtures and fittings
• Monitoring building management and lighting systems, raising work orders as needed
• Supervising planned and reactive maintenance contractors (including RAMS and inductions)
• Assisting with porterage and event setups
• Willingness to complete SIA Security training to provide occasional cover

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar handyperson/facilities maintenance role, ideally within a corporate environment
• A positive, proactive approach with a strong customer service focus
• IOSH Health & Safety qualification desirable (training available)
