Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering a building fabric service such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs. Ideally you will have worked in the building services sector, or similar, with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills as you will be carrying out fabric repairs.
You should be physically fit as the role does involve some manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, a trade scheme or served experience.
