Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional, providing support across various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

* Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.

* Conduct routine inspections to identify issues requiring attention and address them promptly.

* Assist with installations of fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as required.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and best practices.

* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

* Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timelines while ensuring quality standards are met.

* Keep records of work completed and materials used for inventory management.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred.

* Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repair techniques.

* Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

* A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between job sites.
