Job Description - Handyman/woman

Handyman needed for a private house in Halstesd, Essex.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out various handyman tasks, including but not limited to:

General repairs and maintenance
Painting & decorating
Plumbing & electrical work (basic)
Carpentry & furniture assembly
Tiling & grouting
Door & lock repairs
Small refurbishment projects

You will need:-

At least 2 years of experience in handyman/property maintenance work
Ability to work independently and professionally
Own tools and transport
Good communication and customer service skills
