Handyperson Caretaker

Are you a reliable and proactive individual with a knack for fixing things and keeping spaces in top shape? We're looking for a Handyperson / Caretaker to join our busy logistics warehouse team in Banbury

Key Responsibilities
General maintenance and upkeep of warehouse facilities
Basic repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Ensuring health & safety standards are met across the site
Supporting warehouse operations with ad hoc tasks
Managing waste disposal and cleanliness of communal areas
Monitoring and reporting any building or equipment issues

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a similar caretaker or handyperson role
Good understanding of basic maintenance tasks
Physically fit and comfortable working in a large warehouse environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
