Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in employee engagement, project management, or similar roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on empathy.
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to enhance employee happiness.
• Familiarity with organizing events and workshops.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting survey results and employee feedback.
