Senior Account Manager – Hard FM

£72,000 – £80,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Bonus

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead the delivery of Hard FM services across a large PFI contract in West Midlands.

This is a senior operational role with responsibility for the overall performance of the contract, leading a large team and ensuring high standards of technical delivery, compliance, commercial performance and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have:

Strong Account or Contract Management experience within Hard FM

Previous experience working within a PFI environment would be highly advantageous

Good technical understanding of M&E/Hard Services

*

Experience managing large operational teams and subcontractors

*

Strong commercial and client management skills

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established FM provider on a major long-term contract.

Salary: £72,000 – £80,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Bonus
