Our client is a well-established landscaping company delivering high-quality projects across the South East. Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced skilled hard landscaper and a Supervisor to join the team and play a key role in delivering premium work.

They are seeking an experienced and reliable Skilled Landscaper for working on high-end private landscaping projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of landscaping and groundwork tasks to a consistently high standard, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed timescales.

The role requires a motivated individual who can manage their own workload independently, take pride in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and work collaboratively as part of a professional landscaping team.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping works to a high standard

* Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project specifications and deadlines

* Undertake paving, block work, brick laying, clay paver installation, sub-base preparation, and associated groundwork

* Operate landscaping and construction machinery, tools, and equipment competently and safely

* Take responsibility for personal workload, time management, and daily productivity on site

* Maintain site cleanliness, organisation, and health & safety standards at all times

* Work effectively alongside other team members to ensure smooth project delivery

* Identify and resolve practical site issues independently where appropriate

* Ensure all tools and equipment used are maintained in good working order

Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience in high-quality landscaping and groundwork projects

* Strong practical skills across a broad range of landscape construction tasks

* Good understanding of site health & safety practices

* Physically fit and capable of carrying out demanding manual work

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Reliable, punctual, and professional in approach

* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

* Full UK driving license preferred

Desirable (but not essential)

* CSCS card

* Relevant landscaping or horticultural qualifications

* Plant operation tickets/experience
