Hay Festival 2023

TWG are looking for Festival Staff to work with us this Summer 2023!

Our Festival Calendar is back; we’re looking for Enthusiastic Staff to join us at many events across the Spring/Summer and through into Autumn!

Kick -starting off our Summer of Events is Hay Festival situated in the beautiful town of Hay on Wye!

We have shifts available with our partner Stedman Brothers Events working Bar at this world -renowned Literary Festival!

How To Apply

• Search on Appstore or Playstore for the “TWG Staff’ app and install it onto your IOS or Android device

• Android Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.uk.thewaitinggame
  

• Once you have downloaded the app, fill in your details to create a profile.
  

• To complete your profile the app will ask you to book an induction. Select the office as “London” and pick a date and time for your online induction.
  

• We will accept your induction request and send you a text with details of the zoom induction. The induction usually lasts 20 -30 mins.
  

• Once you have done these steps and attended the zoom induction we will verify your staff profile and you will be able to sign up to shifts!

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who:

• Own a smartphone (to use our app)
  

• Have good customer service skills
  

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential!
  

• Have a “can do” positive attitude
  

• Are punctual and committed to the shifts booked
  

• Are good communicators
