Location: Bath (BA1)
Hours: 45 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
Shift: 5:00pm - 2:00am
Pay: £17.20 per hour

Are you a passionate and experienced baker looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established artisan bakery for a talented Head Baker to lead a skilled production team.
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee daily bakery operations, maintain exceptional product quality, and inspire a team dedicated to producing outstanding artisan breads and baked goods.
Key Responsibilities
·Lead, motivate, and develop the bakery team.
·Oversee daily production to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
·Plan production schedules to meet customer demand.
·Maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
·Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.
·Ensure equipment is used safely and maintained correctly.
·Support training and development of team members.
·Work closely with management to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
·Previous experience in a senior baking or bakery management role.
·Strong leadership and people management skills.
·Excellent knowledge of artisan bread production and baking techniques.
·Understanding of food safety and HACCP procedures.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
·Flexible approach to working evenings, nights, and weekends.
