Café Boheme…

Café Boheme is a place to eat and drink in laid back bonhomie, inspired by the 19^th century French poets who used to meet on Old Compton Street. We serve French classics such as confit duck, steak frites and escargots based on traditional recipes. Its high energy and late-night vibes with live jazz every day.

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Head Bartender to join our Central London team at Café Boheme (W1D 5JQ). Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences. Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is in pristine condition.  

What we are looking for in a Head Bartender...

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential)


• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues


• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy


• Sense of urgency


• Yes, yes, yes mentality


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage


• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

* If you don't have previous cocktail experience but want to learn how to be a Bartender in the future, try applying to a 'Barback' position instead! 

Physical Requirements:

• Must be over the age of 18


• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand


• Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours


• Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

Friday - 8am - 3am

Saturday - 9am - 3am
