What you'll be doing:
As Head Chef, you'll take full responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen:

• Developing and refining menus that showcase creativity and quality

• Managing kitchen operations, inventory, and supplier relationships

• Training and leading a small, dedicated kitchen team

• Overseeing food safety, cleanliness, and cost control

• Working closely with the management team to deliver a consistent and memorable food experience
