Head Chef – Multi-Kitchen Wine Bar – Greenwich | £45,000 + Tronc

Are you a passionate and driven Head Chef ready to lead a dynamic culinary team in one of Greenwich’s most exciting wine bar destinations?

We’re on the hunt for a creative, hands-on Head Chef to take the reins at our multi-kitchen site wine bar, delivering exceptional food that complements our curated wine list and vibrant atmosphere.

• Salary: £45,000 per annum
• Tronc: Generous service charge on top
• Location: Beautiful Greenwich setting
• Environment: Multi-kitchen site with a focus on quality.
• Team: Supportive, passionate brigade with room to grow

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume, quality-led kitchen
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

• Leading day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple kitchens
• Designing and evolving menus in collaboration with our wine team
• Managing stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets
• Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
• Driving a positive, inclusive kitchen culture
