Head Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, including Sous Chefs and kitchen staff
  
• Create and execute innovative and seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant’s concept and standards
  
• Monitor food quality and consistency through regular tasting sessions and kitchen inspections
  
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering, and cost management
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
  
• Train, mentor, and develop culinary staff to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism
  
• Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
