We are on the hunt for an exceptional Head Chef to join one of London’s most exciting premium hospitality groups at a buzzing, high-volume Shoreditch venue.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Head Chef who loves working with fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, and leading energetic kitchen teams in fast-paced operations. The venue is lively, atmospheric, and packed with personality, combining quality food, craft drinks, live sport, and an incredible guest experience.

You will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the kitchen, drive standards, develop your team, and be part of a growing group known for its unique venues and strong culture.

The Role:
• Leading a busy, high-volume kitchen operation
• Delivering consistently high food standards and service
• Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Managing labour, stock, rotas, and GP
• Training and developing a strong kitchen brigade
• Supporting menu development and creativity
• Maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven Head Chef experience within gastro pubs or premium casual dining
• Strong high-volume background
• Passion for fresh food and quality execution
• Strong financial and operational understanding
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on chef who thrives under pressure and leads from the front
