Key Responsibilities:

As Head Chef, you'll oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation, including:

Overseeing daily kitchen operations from prep through to service
Leading, training, and motivating the kitchen team
Assigning duties and maintaining high kitchen standards
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes consistently
Managing stock levels, supplier orders, and inventory
