Duties

* Oversee food production processes to maintain consistency, presentation standards, and timely service

* Manage food preparation activities, ensuring all dishes meet high standards of taste, appearance, and safety

* Enforce strict food safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations

* Train team members on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service excellence

* Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh ingredients while controlling costs and minimizing waste

Experience

* Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment

* Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques

* Demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse teams within a kitchen setting

* Solid understanding of food safety standards and best practices in food production

* Previous restaurant experience with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality

* Experience in serving guests directly or overseeing service areas is preferred

* Strong kitchen experience that showcases versatility across various cuisines and cooking styles
