What's involved?

As Head Chef, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading a talented brigade while maintaining exceptional food standards and driving the business forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team.
Creating and evolving seasonal menus using fresh, quality ingredients.
Managing all kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service.
Controlling food GP, stock, ordering and kitchen budgets.
Recruiting, training and mentoring chefs.
Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.
Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are met.
Working closely with senior management to continue developing the food offering.
