Cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients
Responsibilities as the Head Chef
Creating a variety of delicious modern British dishes using the very best, locally sourced ingredients, including fresh fish
Going above and beyond to elevate the menu and food offering of the restaurant
Showcasing your kitchen management skills and promoting a positive working environment
Passing on your culinary expertise to the more junior chefs in the kitchen
As the hotel often runs special events such as themed evenings and BBQs, this role presents an unmissable opportunity to get creative in the kitchen as you develop menu items and explore different flavour combinations.
