You'll be responsible for:
Crafting innovative and seasonal menus that reflect the latest trends and dietary preferences.
Overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including stock control, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Working collaboratively with event planners to tailor menus and experiences to each client's vision.
