Are you an experienced Head Chef looking for your next opportunity in a beautiful Pub Restaurant countryside location?

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on chef to lead a friendly and enthusiastic kitchen brigade of four chefs, delivering consistently high-quality food in a well-established country inn.

The Role

You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading by example while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and consistency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up to make a real impact on a supportive, motivated team.

The Food

The menu focuses on quality, freshly prepared dishes made using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Everything is cooked from scratch, with an emphasis on honest, flavour-led food, generous portions and seasonal specials.

You'll have the opportunity to help shape menus, introduce new ideas and continue building a reputation for excellent food and warm hospitality.
