All our food is prepared daily on the premises.
We are currently looking for a Head chef / Kitchen manager to join our busy team for the re-opening of our large terrace and eventually inside.
The successful applicant will be open-minded, ambitious ,energetic and ready to Learn.
You will have to be very organised and calm under pressure
Previous experience in high volume is a requirement and experience in catering and production is an advantage.
The role is to support and work with the GM and Executive Head in the day to day running of the kitchen, including food production, stock , GP and staff management.
Duties include but not restricted to:
- Reporting the the GM and Executive chef on a daily basis.
- Ordering and stock rotation.
- BOH paper work and stock takes.
- Keeping on top of bookings and events.
- Making sure Health & safety procedures are followed to our existing 5 star standard.
- Overseeing and taking part in the daily food production following recipes and instructions.
- Making sure all procedures is in line with the company’s Food safety rules.
- Staff management on a daily basis , including staff rotas, training and guidance.
