Head Chef - Luxury Wedding Venue - Daytime Hours

Work life Balance: A Head Chef is required for a luxury wedding venue near Banbury. The food is fresh, seasonal and locally sourced and is of course fine dining. Majority of the weddings that are booked in are between Monday – Friday.

This is not a hotel with wedding venue attached – this is a stand alone wedding venue and no other which means you know exactly how many guests you are catering for weeks / months in advance. A really fun, warm and welcoming fully staffed kitchen!

Head Chef role near Banbury Highlights:

• Upto £45,000
• 45 hours a week
• Loads of downtime (25 hour weeks out of wedding season)
• Prep shifts
• Straight shifts
• Part of a luxury wedding venue portfolio
• State of the art, clean and organised kitchen
• Meals provided
• Uniform provided
• Mixture of day shifts and late shifts
• Finish no later than 9:30pm when on the late shift

The ideal Head Chef will come from a fresh food background ideally from a hotel background. Due to the location of this venue you need to drive and have access to a car.
