Are you a talented and experienced Head Chef looking for an exciting new opportunity? Join us as we open our third site in the heart of Covent Garden. We are searching for a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen, bringing the vibrant flavours of Eastern Mediterranean fusion cuisine to life.
About Us:

Our restaurant is known for its fragrant, vibrant, and health-conscious dishes, inspired by the culinary traditions of the Tel Aviv region. Our menu showcases a myriad of flavours and spices, creating a unique dining experience for our guests.
Role Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef, particularly in Israeli cuisine
Strong background in menu development and launching new restaurant openings
Ability to train and develop a team of new chefs
Passion for creating health-conscious and flavour-rich dishes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
Develop and refine our Eastern Mediterranean fusion menu
Oversee the training and development of new chefs, fostering a positive and productive kitchen environment
Collaborate with the management team to ensure the success of the new opening
Maintain a focus on health-conscious cooking, utilizing fresh and vibrant ingredients
