Job Description

Quality gastro pub with rooms is seeking a Head Chef to continue the work and development of the food offering at this high end property.
The company has recently purchased this property and want to continue the great development to date. You will need to be able to enhance the standards and be creative with the food style and offering.
You will have a steady background and have thought about your career and your journey so far, you may even be an inspired Senior Sous Chef ready for the break to run your own kitchen.
This will be a balance of numbers against strong kitchen controls and professionalism.

The company are happy to offer short term live in whilst you relocate to the area.
