Bianchis Group

family run company

in Bristol that consists of 4 restaurants, a wedding catering company, food truck and most recently we have launched a early years catering company.

Three of our restaurants

were included in the

Good Food Guides Top 54 Italian Restaurants

in the UK just last month.

The Bianchis Group is looking for a new Head Chef to take charge of our newest edition to the family,

Pazzo

. Only refurbed less than a year ago the 60 seat restaurant also has a lovely 20 seat outdoor patio, an impressive open kitchen boasting a bespoke made induction range, wood fire grill and pastry section.

Pazzo, meaning 'crazy' in Italian is where we do things a little bit differently from the rest. The kitchen is led by Italian cuisine but it is open to influences from all over the world, thus the name.

The food is imaginative, clean, beautifully presented but doesn't take itself too seriously, we want it to be fun, stylish & contemporary!

We are looking for someone to take charge of a

team of around 6 chefs and 2 kps

. The right person will have a

minimum of 5 years working as a head chef

, have experience cooking Italian food and have the confidence to take our restaurant to the next level. We want someone with passion, vision and creativity. It is imperative that our team feel like they can learn from their head chef and be challenged by the cooking. The individual also needs to be someone who knows what it is to run a kitchen in a professional and efficient manner

understanding costings, staff percentages and EHO management.

We pride ourselves on the conditions we offer our team and that is reflected in our staff retention which is very good in a turbulent time for our industry.

It is rare that any of our team work over 45hrs

.

Whoever comes on board will have the

full support of the Bianchis Group management team

this includes the

direct services from our central kitchen

who supply fresh bread and pasta daily to all of our sites aswell as other elements of the menu that can be developed together.
