The role:
Experience within a hotel and/or restaurant environment as a Head Chef. The ambition to provide the highest levels of cooking standards to its customers.
Maintain 2 Rosette standard
To provide excellent quality food production in relation to all kitchen areas, managing restaurant.

Skills required:
* NVQ level 3/4 706 2 or foreign equivalent
* Enthusiasm and skill set
* Relative experience in cook from fresh Rosette standard cuisine
