About the Role

As Head Dental Nurse, you will take a key leadership position within the clinical team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, high standards of patient care, and full compliance across the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and mentor the dental nursing team
• Ensure full CQC compliance and adherence to cross‑infection protocols
• Manage rotas, staffing levels, and daily clinical workflows
• Provide chairside support across a wide range of treatments
• Oversee stock control and ordering of clinical supplies
• Act as the main point of contact for nursing staff and liaise closely with management

What We're Looking For

• Qualified, GDC‑registered Dental Nurse
• Experience in a senior or lead nursing role (preferred)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and team‑building abilities
• A proactive, positive, and professional approach
