Head Gymnastics Coach - Full Time - Arun Area

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced a Head Gymnastics Coach to lead our gymnastics program across the Arun contract. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for gymnastics development. This role includes coaching responsibilities as well as overseeing the co-ordination and administration of the gymnastics programme and managing the gymnastics coaching team.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)

• Minimum Level 3 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification
• Experience in managing a varied workload
• Gymnastics and dry side programme knowledge
• Staff management experience
• Programme management
• Invoice and budget experience
• Expectational organisational skills
• An ability to analyse problems, situations, and information, think laterally and present creative solutions
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally
• Team-oriented approach, able to work across organisational boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of colleagues' work
• Flexible and adaptable
• Proven experience coaching recreational and competitive gymnasts
• Prior leadership or head coach experience strongly preferred

• First Aid training (training provided)
• Enhanced DBS check to be carried out
