Head Housekeeper, Central London - Highly Competitive Salary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead a team of housekeepers in a fully staffed, luxury residence in Central London.
This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example—motivating and guiding the team, upholding exceptional standards, and ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of the household. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role in a similar high-end setting, in addition to excellent attention to detail and the organisational skills to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily cleaning to an exceptional standard
• Creating and managing staff rotas
• Leading regular team briefings and check-ins
• Conducting walkthroughs to ensure standards are consistently met
• Training and onboarding new team members
• Liaising with the clients and other household departments to ensure seamless coordination

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing a housekeeping team in a private household, luxury chalet, or yachting environment
• Hands on approach with a strong work ethic
• Excellent knowledge of laundry and fabric care
• Confident with cleaning products and techniques for high end finishes
• Strong IT skills
• Professional, presentable, and calm under pressure

Days of work: 45 - 50 hours per week, 5 days per week including weekends

Salary: Highly competitive to match or improve on existing package.
