Head of Administration - Financial Planning

A highly respected boutique independent financial planning firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Administration to lead and develop their growing administrative function. The company delivers holistic financial advice to a longstanding book of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. With ambitious plans to double assets under management in the coming years and modernise their operational approach, they are looking for a proactive and strategic professional to take ownership of the administration team and help build a high-performing support function.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the administration function
• Work closely with Directors and senior leaders to align operations with business strategy
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of administrators, encouraging growth and professional development
• Implement and improve internal processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Act as a key point of contact for operational matters and internal communications
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff as the team grows
• Ensure high-quality client service standards are maintained throughout all administrative touchpoints
