We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Admissions to lead our Admissions Team who are located across the UK and the US.
We're seeking someone with a dynamic blend of leadership, sales acumen, and strategic vision.
This role is pivotal in driving our team's success, with a focus on exceeding targets and KPIs.

Compensation Base Salary : up to £50,000 per annum Commission : up to 25% of base salary The Ideal Candidate You are an ambitious individual with a clear vision on how to lead a sales team You are sales-driven, love closing deals and exceeding targets, with a proven track record You are not afraid of data and are able to analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions You are capable of developing and implementing strategic plans to drive the team to success You thrive on being challenged and finding new ways to hit your targets You are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly You work well within a team environment, fostering collaboration and cooperation among team members.
Requirements Min.
4 years of experience in sales, preferably educational sales Previous experience in a managerial or leadership position, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a team is highly desirable Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, track interactions, and analyse data Experience in Admissions is a plus You hold a UK Passport Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with potential customers, team members and stakeholders Why Apply?
