Head of Aftersales

Our client is looking for a Head of Aftersales to help improve the communication between the business and its customers and to deliver an amazing service.

The Head of Aftersales will be responsible for controlling warranty budgets and looking for ways to cut cost to streamline the business. As the Head of Aftersales you will also ensure the aftersales team are following up with customers to ensure any issues are solved and reduce repeat calls from the same customers, as well as assisting them as a point of escalation.

This Head of Aftersales role is well suited for someone with a hands-on approach to coaching and developing. If you're used to managing a successful aftersales team and have a genuine passion for the automotive world, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Experience working in the automotive or financial sector will have a strong advantage - especially if you're used to supporting customers who expect a premium level of service. Logistics
Salary- £50,000
Office based 5 day working week across Monday- Friday
Hours-9am-6pm Monday, 10am-6pm Tuesday- Friday

Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
