The Role
As Head of Agency, you'll take the reins on both commercial growth and creative excellence. You'll be responsible for pitching and winning high-value accounts, refining workflows, managing a talented multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
You'll balance long-term vision with day-to-day delivery, whilst making sure the agency continues to evolve, grow, and remain at the forefront of the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the agency's growth strategy and identifying new business opportunities
• Pitching for and securing large-scale accounts across multiple sectors
• Overseeing operations and improving processes across all departments
• Managing and mentoring a talented team spanning creative, strategy, content, and production
• Tracking performance metrics, ensuring profitability, and reporting to leadership
• Representing the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years' leadership experience within a creative, digital, or marketing agency
• Proven success in winning and growing large client accounts
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of agency operations, delivery workflows, and team structures
• Passion for creative content, digital media, and building high-performing teams
