THE COMPANY

We are supporting a renowned online business on a key, customer-centric Head of Analytics hire.

THE ROLE

The successful Head of Analytics responsibilities will include:

• Own and lead analytics strategy across product, growth, and lifecycle initiatives
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of 3 analysts, prioritising team impact and delivery
• Define KPIs and build frameworks for understanding retention, acquisition funnels, and user segmentation
• Develop insight-driven strategies to improve user engagement, reduce churn, and optimise targeting across channels
• Partner with marketing on paid and CRM strategies, supporting campaign planning and measurement.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Head of Analytics will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a senior analytics role, ideally within a digital-first or app-based business
• Strong track record in retention, acquisition, and customer segmentation analytics
• Line management experience - you know how to lead, mentor, and inspire a small team
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar

THE BENEFITS

The successful Head of Analytics will receive a salary of up to £100,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
