I am working with a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in the design and delivery of complex scientific, research, and advanced manufacturing facilities. Working across sectors including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, higher education, and industry, they provide integrated design, project management, and construction management services. Their collaborative approach enables them to deliver innovative, tailored solutions for technically demanding projects.

About You?
The ideal candidate will be an experienced architect with over 10 years industry experience, with a proven track record of heading up a busy architectural team. This position is a client facing role, where applicants should be confident in early stage conversations around complex build projects. In this role, you will provide leadership across the architectural function while working closely with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will also have the potential to support the wider engineering leadership team and collaborate with the Head of Engineering, combining strong technical expertise with leadership and commercial awareness.
