Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead and manage the Art department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Deliver engaging and effective Art lessons to secondary students.
• Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to help them improve.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and develop interdisciplinary approaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching Art at the secondary level.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A passion for Art and a commitment to continuous professional development.
