Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Degree in Fine Art or a related subject.


• Extensive experience teaching Art at secondary level, with demonstrable leadership impact.


• Proven ability to inspire and motivate students and staff in the Art subject.


• Strong understanding of current artistic practices and educational best practices.


• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
