Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and management for the Art department.


• Develop and implement a dynamic and engaging Art curriculum across Key Stages 3-5.


• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated Art teachers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Degree in Fine Art or a related subject.


• Significant experience teaching Art at secondary level, including leadership experience.


• Proven track record of raising student achievement in Art and leading successful teams.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


• A clear vision for outstanding Art education.
