Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the Art department
- Teaching Art at KS3 & KS4, with potential opportunities at KS5
- Developing and implementing a dynamic and engaging Art curriculum
- Mentoring and supporting Art teachers within the department
- Driving departmental initiatives and fostering a culture of artistic excellence
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Art Teacher, with the ability to lead and manage a department
- Strong knowledge of the Art curriculum at KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5
- Formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Passion for art and a commitment to inspiring students
