Head of Asset Management – South Region

Senior position required for a leading provider of retirement villages, this is a multi-site role covering the South and South East region, with three days working from site and 2 days working remote.

In this role, you will manage and protect the value of our assets, ensuring there is no depreciation through effective lifecycle planning, risk management, and long-term investment strategies.

You will oversee asset performance, embed sustainability and efficiency initiatives, and provide expert property management support to Village Managers. Working closely with residents and resident associations, you will play a key role in balancing operational excellence with an outstanding resident experience.
