The key responsibilities for the Head of Bids position will include:

Lead and manage the bid process from initial opportunity identification to final submission.

Ensure all bid documents are compliant, accurate, and meet client requirements.
Develop and maintain a library of bid templates and resources.
Monitor and report on bid outcomes and performance metrics.
