Job Description - Head of Brand

A lifestyle fashion brand with heart, heritage and ambition is seeking a Head of Brand to elevate its public presence, amplify its voice, and shape how it's experienced - both on and off the page.

With a devoted customer base and a distinctive British aesthetic, this brand is poised for its next chapter. It now needs a confident brand and communications expert to champion its identity through standout campaigns, meaningful partnerships, and imaginative storytelling across all channels.

This person will be instrumental in refining how the brand shows up in the world, from its tone of voice to its quintessential sporting moments. Operating at the intersection of strategy and creativity, the Head Brand will lead a cross-functional effort to strengthen brand equity and customer connection, with PR, events, and cultural relevance at the forefront.

What's involved:

  • Shaping and evolving the brand's positioning, narrative and values, ensuring clarity and cohesion across markets
  • Developing and leading PR and influencer strategies to deepen emotional connection and drive earned media
  • Creating buzz-worthy brand moments-from seasonal launches to high-impact events and pop-ups
  • Collaborating with creative, retail and digital teams to bring campaigns to life across every customer touchpoint
  • Acting as brand guardian-ensuring consistent messaging, tone and aesthetic across all channels
  • Building strong relationships with PR agencies, stylists, media and event partners
  • Championing customer insight and using it to inform comms, activation and content strategy
  • Overseeing the company's four other smaller brands and their marketing teams

  • Solid experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing within fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer sectors
  • A confident operator who can lead strategy, but also spot a great photo moment

  • Proven success delivering campaigns and activations that turn heads and get people talking
  • Passionate about British style, cultural moments, and what makes customers feel emotionally connected to a brand
