They are looking to expand their team in Brighton and are seeking a Head of Brand Marketing to join them on a full time basis. You will be responsible for defining and executing the global content vision and strategy and leveraging insights to guide the go-to-market approach.

The Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the global content vision and strategy, leveraging insights to guide go-to-market plans.
• Monitor and refine marketing strategies based on brand metrics, competitor insights, and performance targets.
• Develop and oversee brand plans, calendars, and campaigns across channels.
• Ensure financial governance and manage budgets for brand and integrated marketing teams.
• Manage external agency partners and guide internal teams on collaborations, partnerships, and negotiations to enhance brand image and growth.
• Lead the development of integrated strategic briefs for campaigns and partners.
• Incorporate community and brand ambassador stories into wider communication strategies.
• Support marketing and cross-functional teams through brand onboarding, training, and updates.
